01How can I submit a paper?

Submissions are accepted only through the official online system.

  1. Open the Online Submission page.
  2. Select Online Submission System .
  3. Create a new account.
  4. Sign in with your email address and password, then upload your abstract or full paper.
02What are the rules for abstracts and full papers?

Official Word templates are provided for abstracts and full papers. Prepare your document with the appropriate template available on the Online Submission page.

03What are the poster preparation rules?

Digital posters have no fixed size or orientation requirements. Authors may use portrait or landscape format. Posters should be clear and readable, and the conference logo is recommended.

04What happens after I submit my paper?

Submissions undergo double-blind peer review. The review period may take up to 15 working days. The possible decisions are oral acceptance, poster acceptance, revision or rejection.

05How can I obtain my acceptance letter?

The acceptance letter is sent to the email address registered in the system. After acceptance, you may also sign in and select “Letter”.

06What should I check before paying the registration fee?

Use only the account details published on the Registration page. The recipient name must be “AVRASYA KONFERANSI”. Select the correct TL or Euro account according to your participant location.

07Are the registration form and bank receipt required?

Yes. To complete registration, submit the Registration Form together with the bank receipt, following the current instructions on the Registration page.

08What should I write in the payment description?

Write the participant’s name, surname and paper ID. Example: Ayşe Koç, ID 25.

09Is accommodation provided for the conference?

EurasianBioChem 2026 is an online conference; therefore, conference accommodation or hotel reservations are not arranged.

10What is the early registration deadline?

The early registration deadline is 18 September 2026. Payments made from 19 September 2026 are subject to regular registration fees.

11What does the early registration deadline mean?

To benefit from the early registration fee, submit your paper, obtain a paper ID and complete payment by 18 September 2026.

12Can I pay first and submit my paper later?

No. Submit your paper first and obtain its paper ID. The paper ID must be included in the payment description.

13Can I pay before the review is completed?

After obtaining a paper ID, you may pay without waiting for the review decision. If the paper is rejected or its presentation type changes, contact the organizing team about withdrawal and the applicable refund procedure.

14Is full-paper submission mandatory?

No. Participants may attend with an accepted abstract. Full-paper submission is optional.

15May company or institution representatives participate?

Yes. Representatives of companies, institutions, associations and industrial organizations may submit papers or participate as listeners.

16How many papers may one participant submit?

A participant may submit a maximum of two papers: two oral presentations, two posters, or one oral presentation and one poster.

17Are review papers accepted?

Yes. Review papers may be submitted and are subject to peer review.

18Can I attend as a listener?

Yes. Listener participation is available upon payment of the applicable listener registration fee.
